Then...the claims rep I was working with left and someone else took over. This new guy gave me the runaround for the next couple of months. I am to the point I believe that AllState's app does this so they don't have to provide the discount. Unfortunately with them refusing to do anything, we've become very dissatisfied and have even told them so.
